In general, the procedures are:
- Notice that something is out of stock or about to run out.
- Order more, or if for some reason you can't, tell the members list so that someone else can handle it. (Non-members, please email firstname.lastname@example.org, or tell a member.)
- If ordering more: pay for it with your own $$, and email receipts to email@example.com. Or, ask the Treasurer to order more for you if you don't want to wait for reimbursement.

- Ordering Stickers
- Restocking the Vending Machine
- Ordering Paper Goods (toilet paper, C-fold paper towels...)
- Office supplies (printer paper, paper clips...)
